Grinding

With no doubt, there would be no precision in the machining trade without a grinding workshop well equipped and managed by experienced and qualified staff. All our instruments and testing equipment are constantly checked and calibrated and when not in use, are kept in our environmentally controlled standard room.

The grinding workshop capabilities:

  • External precision grinding max ø 800mm and L 5000mm
  • Internal precision grinding max ø 800mm
  • Surface grinding max 850 X 8000 mm
  • Internal lapping max ø 300mm
  • It is possible to lap large shafts up to ø 1600mm and L 17000mm

If required, ISMEC can supply the certification of testing, however, each workpiece is constantly checked during and after our process.
