The milling workshop is almost entirely equipped with CNC machines and is able to carry out several types of work and to meet every customer requirements. All the coded programs are sent to the machines directly from the technical department after a virtual test and complete check. This minimise the introduction of errors in the process which can cause costly and sometimes irreparable mistakes.

The milling workshop includes:

• Horizontal milling machines
• Famup working bays with tools magazine (30 pcs)
• Famup working bays with 4th axis and tools magazine
• Novar travelling bed type milling-boring machine with tools magazine (50 pcs). Working bay: 4,000 x h1,500 x 800mm

• Cotter mill for small dimension works
• Horizontal shaping machine L 2,000mm
• Vertical slots from 300 to 1,000mm

Equipped with 2D and 3D CAD CAM system, the engineering department is able to design the most accurate and complex parts.
