Research and Development Center
Our Research and Development department is equipped with completely automated pilot lines and sophisticated instruments for chemical and phisical analysis. Our laboratory is at the customer's disposal to perform tests on raw materials and carry our product developments.

Our aim is to reach the quality requirements the customer needs to be successful in his market. This allows Fen to acquire expertise and knowledge which are the key to future developments.

HTE
The HTE series cooker-extruders represent the right answer to any processing requirement, in particular to the most complicated cereal mixtures. They are strong and flexible machines which allow to obtain any kind of product, from the simpler potato based snacks, to the gelatinized cereals based snacks , up to aglutinic pasta, instant soups, baby food, breakfast cereals (corn flakes, bran flakes etc.) and many others. A wide range of raw materials is utilized, as for example corn, potato, wheat, soy, batata, tapioca, quinoa flours etc.

MFE
The MFE series former-extruders have been designed basically for two purposes: processing of potato formulas in pellets technology and shaping of gelatinized materials coming from cooker extruder in cereal die cut pellets technology Equipped with vacuum conditioning of barrel and head, a set of stainless steel screws of proper geometry and a quick locking/unlocking variable speed cutting system, this very versatile machine can be exploited for manufacturing many products.
