FLOURS MIXING
The flours and other dried ingredients like vegetables, mushrooms etc.. are mixed.
MIXING
Water and oil are added to flours which get hydrated. A grany dough is obtained.
DOUBLE LAMINATING
The dough is conveyed to a first set of rollers where a sheet is formed. A second set of rollers reduces sheet thickness before cutting.
CUTTING
The sheet is cut by the forming rollers in the desired shapes. The scraps are grinded and conveyed to the mixing tank. The product directly enters the frying machine.
The line can use a percentage of scraps of a natural crisp line in the recipe. The scraps can be grinded or dried before being recycle into the mixing tank.
Fen supplies the scraps recycle line.
