Ismec Group is today made up of two companies: Ismec and Fen. Founded in 1973 by Mr Camillo Baggio as a workshop specialized in mechanical technologies, Ismec has gradually become a key supplier of the most qualified companies of the naval, aeronautical , power generation and paper industries as far as high- precision mechanical parts are concerned. Today we can proudly state that giants like General Electrics and Alstom are among Ismec customers. The wide range of CNC machines available allows the production of wide range of mechanical parts from many raw materials.

The unceasing innovation and the attitude always oriented to the customers’ satisfaction has allowed a constant growth: in 1995 the company acquired Fen Food Enterprise, a leader on worldwide basis in the production of industrial plants for the production of large variety of snack pellets, breakfast cereals, special pastas (rice and corn), direct expanded products and more.

The synergy with Ismec has allowed Fen to consolidate its leadership on the most demanding world markets. The ability to adapt its technology to the customer’s needs in his peculiar market and the continuous investment in the R&D to develop new products has led Fen to be a renowned consolidated reality for the operators of the snack food industry worldwide.

Impact was created in 1999 to with the aim to develop technological solutions for the railway industry. Today Impact is highly qualified to produce machines for the maintenance of trucks and locomotives, semi-automatic machines for carriage-roads maintenance, etc.. Since 1991 Impact cooperates with Trenitalia, the Italian national railway company.

A further step towards the highest quality standards is the certification ISO 9001 obtained by Ismec Group in 2003.
